Seddon Celebrates Quality Award

Construction company J & S Seddon is celebrating after completing a hat trick of awards - nominated by independent building experts - for the quality of its work.
The Stoke-on-Trent based company’s latest success has come in the Cheshire Built in Quality Awards.

Staff were presented with the award for work on a new health centre on the outskirts of Crewe at a ceremony at Cranage Hall, Holmes Chapel, on Friday, April 18.

Built in Quality prizes are awarded by local authority building control experts to recognise high standards of construction.

The Cheshire award follows two successes in Staffordshire in recent years, for work at Westwood High School and Eagle Mill, both in Leek.

Peter Hordley, Director of Client Services at Seddon, based in Duke Street, Fenton, said: “We are very pleased that the high standards set by the company and its staff have been recognised by the experts.

Schemes are nominated by the independent building surveyors working on site which means winning an award amounts to a tremendous endorsement of the quality of work carried out.”
