Seddon presented the prize to Paul, at the Association’s headquarters, Plas Blodwel, at Llandudno Junction.
The painting, building and maintenance company, which has offices across Wales including Hawarden, Merthyr Tydfil and St Clears, attended the Chartered Institute of Housing Cymru annual conference and exhibition for the first time this year.
Mick Triner, a Director of Seddon’s North Wales Building office, based at Hawarden, said: “We were delighted to attend the event, which enabled us to build further relationships and outline our established and diverse portfolio of work carried out in Wales."
