Bentilee Hub District Centre
J & S Seddon (Building) Ltd are delighted that financial close on a major new PFI project for the City of Stoke on Trent and North Staffs Primary Care Trust. The project is for the construction and maintenance over a 25 year period of a new district / health centre in Bentilee with the main construction cost being £8.75m.
The Hub Consortium, headed by Regenter from London, has also involved our local supply chain who have worked together for over two years in securing this project.
Enabling works will commence on site soon, under the control of our project manager Warren Smith and his team.
